Enhancing the luxury at Cancun’s all-inclusives
Cancun’s most lavish hotel offerings tend to be adults-only, includes such properties as Palace Resorts’ Le Blanc Spa Resort. This top-of-the-line, AAA Five Diamond resort offers accommodations ranging from Royale Deluxe to Royale Presidential suites. Not spoiled enough? Guests can upgrade their stay with options such as the Ultimate Luxury Yacht Experience, a scenic excursion for up to eight passengers with the services of a chef and waiter.
Palace Resorts also recently launched a 51-foot yacht called the Casanova at Isla Mujeres Palace. The new yacht takes hotel guests from the pier in Cancun directly to the island, allowing them to skip a trip on the public ferry.
Secrets The Vine, an AMResorts adults-only property, dishes up the brand’s Unlimited-Luxury concept, which treats guests to a welcome sparkling wine toast, 24-hour room service, unlimited top-shelf spirits, and free greens fees at Playa Mujeres Golf Club.
Another popular property for adults is Live Aqua, owned by Grupo Posadas, where travelers can opt for an Aqua Club Room to enhance the luxury of their stay. These rooms offer access to the Aqua Club lounge and its extra amenities, including premium drinks, continental breakfast, and concierge services.
Even some unexpected brands are getting in on the all-inclusive action. The Westin Resort & Spa Cancun has introduced an all-inclusive program that includes accommodations, a three-meal plan, and the “open bar by the glass” inclusion at some of the hotel’s bars between 11am and 11pm. The JW Marriott Cancun’s All Inclusive Getaway Package includes breakfast, lunch and dinner in a variety of venues, as well as a daily $25 resort credit, unlimited domestic non-alcoholic beverages, beer and house wine by the glass, and other amenities. A similar offer is also available through the All Inclusive Getaway option at the CasaMagna Marriott Cancun Resort.
