These islands are where you’ll find some of the most beautiful beaches in the world, a wealth of hiking opportunities, and exotic cultures ripe for exploring. Easter Island

It’s been described as the most mysterious island in the South Pacific and is where you’ll find many historic artifacts and ruins from centuries ago. The island has an eerie but beautiful feeling to it, something you must experience firsthand.

Bora Bora

When most people think of the South Pacific, they think of the incredibly vibrant turquoise waters surrounding the homes on stilts. The peaks of Mount Otemanu and Mount Pahia make up the only landscape here and you can spend your days snorkeling in the clear waters, soaking up the sun, and enjoying the tropical atmosphere.

The Cook Islands

Yasawa Islands

Palau

This island is exactly as it sounds — full of pine trees. It looks somewhat out of place in such an exotic destination but it’s part of the French territory and is complemented by soft white-sand beaches.

Espiritu Santo

This is the largest island on Vanuatu and also one of the most beautiful destinations to explore. You can go snorkeling around old wrecks such as the SS President Coolidge and descent deep into a cave to explore the underworld.

Samoa

Located about halfway between Hawaii and New Zealand, this tropical island is filled with lush jungles and complemented by clear blue waters. Spend your days hiking around the cliffs and going on snorkeling adventures.
