One of the signature experiences is the authentic sense of arrival one achieves as they enter a lobby with a wooden Thai house theme and traditional Thai images and artifacts. After check-in, guests are guided along natively landscaped garden paths to their room, which may include views of the lagoon and beach at Bangtao Bay.
