Spring is a great time to be flying Delta Airlines. From a fresh spring menu to a new Delta Sky Club, here are some of Delta’s latest additions you won’t want to miss.

Fleet Addition

Delta’s newest narrowbody jet, the state of the art A220-100 made its official debut recently. The A220-100 brings all the comforts of an international widebody to domestic routes. The 109 seat aircraft features state of the art interior, seatback screens, 2Ku Wi-Fi and the widest seats of any narrowbody jet. Expect to be seeing more of A220-100 as Delta extends its order book to 90 total aircrafts.

Spring-Inspired Menu

The new seasonal menu in Delta One takes advantage of the freshest ingredients from sweet onions to bright herbs and fresh greens. The new spring-inspired menu features options such as: seared beef tenderloin with wild garlic mashed potatoes and mixed spring vegetables and vegetable lasagna filled with earthly mushrooms and delicate squash with pesto cream sauce. These dishes are perfectly complemented by a selection of wines curated by Delta’s Master Sommelier, including regionally sourced wines like Kleine Zalze Chenin Blanc from South Africa and Chateau Sainte Michelle Indian Wells Cabernet Sauvignon from Washington’s Columbia Valley.

Gone are the days of waiting until you are onboard to choose a meal. Delta’s First-Class customers now have the option to choose their meals up to three days in advance with the airlines pre-select meal program. Pre-select expands to include First-Class mainland flights offering meals–including select flights between U.S. and Canada, the Caribbean and Latin America. The culinary enhancement is all part of the airline’s multibillion-dollar investment in the overall customer experience,

Delta Sky Club Phoenix

Fresh locally inspired cuisine, healthy food offerings and a full-service bar featuring seasonal cocktails are just a few reasons to visit the new Delta Sky Club if you’re passing through Phoenix. Be sure to check out the Agave Experience, an extensive selection of tequila and mezcal for sampling or tasting flights. Inspired by the Southwest desert landscape the lounge is bursting with earth tones, vibrant colors and artwork by regional artists. Phoenix isn’t the only lucky airport to gain a new lounge. This spring, Austin-Bergstrom International Airport debuts a new Delta Sky Club while Ronald Reagan International’s Sky Club recently underwent renovations.
