New all-inclusive Mexico resort from Karisma
The all-suite resort is especially well-suited to families and groups, as the suites can become adjoining rooms or be converted into two- or three-bedroom apartments. 10 suite categories are available on the property, including first-floor Swim-Up Suites where guests can step directly into a lazy river that connects to the main pool.
Each room features a balcony or terrace, a Jacuzzi, WiFi access, a DVD player, 24-hour room service, and other amenities. Family travelers can also take advantage of the resort’s Gourmet Inclusive baby amenities such as strollers, cribs, changing tables, monitors, bottle warmers, and baby bathrobes.
To grab a bite on the property, guests have the choice of four restaurants and two lounges. Dining options range from casual fare at Chef Market to Mexican street-style cuisine at Palapa Bar & Restaurant, family-style Pan-Asian at China Table, fresh Mediterranean at Habb, and chocolate bites at Cacao Lobby Lounge. Guests can even use an online advance selection service from Generations Riviera Maya to ensure that their dining preferences are available upon arrival.
During their stay, personal attendants and beach butlers are there to assist guests with in-room check-in, luggage unpacking, a complimentary steam of five clothing items, and booking dinner reservations and spa treatments. They will even serve family-style meals en-suite and deliver items such as lunch, sunscreen, and reading materials to the pool and beach for guest convenience.
Children ages 4 to 12 can participate in activities at the Eko Kids Club, including movies, crafts, and gaming. Toys and nanny service is also available for infants and toddlers through Baby Beach Lounges.
Rates for 2014 stays begin at $289 per adult per night and $67 per child per night. These prices include the Gourmet Inclusive experience, which comes with gourmet a la carte meals, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, 24-hour room service, and a full-service concierge.
