Rosewood San Miguel’s Otto gallery adds artistry to the property

The city of San Miguel de Allende in Mexico has many ties to culture and heritage – not only is it one of Mexico’s oldest cities, but it is also a UNESCO World Heritage Site. And now, the Rosewood San Miguel is celebrating that connection to culture even further, as well as giving art-loving travelers the perfect reason to frequent the property.
Earlier this year, the Rosewood property opened its own art gallery. The Otto gallery specializes in contemporary art, paintings and sculptures by both Mexican and foreign artists. According to a hotel spokesman, the exhibits in the gallery are designed to change regularly, so that even repeat visitors will have the opportunity to see a wide range of works, offered right on the property.
The gallery, which is housed in the lower level of the hotel, is only one of the Rosewood property’s many offerings. The 67-room hotel also features a signature restaurant, rooftop lounge, event space, outdoor amphitheater, and the Sense Spa.
