Celebrate Super Bowl XLVIII at events, performances, and even a Bud Light “hotel”

PepCity
Bryant Park is set to host a three-day Super Bowl celebration that will be known as PepCity, taking place under a 10,000-square-foot-dome. The PepsiCo hosted event will be free to the public, who can enjoy gourmet snacks created by iconic chef David Burke, in addition to nightly music performances by the likes of Ziggy Marley, Prince Royce, and Austin Mahone. PepCity will be open January 29, January 30, and February 1 from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m., before the free, ticketed music events begin at 8 p.m.
Super Bowl Boulevard
From January 29 to February 1, thirteen blocks of New York City will be transformed into Super Bowl Boulevard Engineered by GMC. Between 34th and 47th Streets on Broadway, NFL fans can celebrate all things football, with the chance to take a photo with the Vince Lombardi Trophy, get autographs from NFL players, kick a field goal, and ride a 60-foot toboggan. Guests can register for a free badge to visit Super Bowl Boulevard.
Bud Light Hotel
In honor of the Super Bowl, the 4,028-passenger Norwegian Getaway – Norwegian Cruise Line’s newest ship – will be transformed into a massive “Bud Light Hotel,” a lodging space and entertainment venue. The party boat will dock along the West Side of Manhattan during Super Bowl weekend, hosting a concert lineup that is scheduled to include the Foo Fighters, Imagine Dragons, and The Roots.
Super Bowl Kickoff Spectacular
The free, ticketed Super Bowl Kickoff Spectacular will take place on January 27, featuring musical performances by Daughtry and the Goo Goo Dolls. Additional acts are in the works, and a Macy’s Fireworks Show will provide added entertainment to attendees. The event will take place at Liberty State Park in Jersey City, New Jersey, serving as the official launch to the week of the Super Bowl. The concert will begin at 7:30 p.m.
