Albergue 1601: Head to this eatery for an intimate dining experience in the heart of old Macau. In keeping with the melting-pot style of Macau, this establishment offers a Mediterranean menu that ranges from jumbo scallops with garlic and Portuguese sausage to African chicken, stuffed cabbage rolls, and salted codfish.
Grand Lisboa Hotel: More than 200 dishes are offered at this hotel, thanks to one of the largest buffet selections in the region. At dinner, be sure to try the roast rib eye, Mongolian barbeque beef, and roasted pork.
