A unique tour takes visitors on a humorous and informative themed walk

Rachel Erikson will be your tour guide. She has researched the ins and outs of public toilets, including their origins, adding an educational spin to her tour offerings. Participants learn all about the history, public health, and social justice surrounding the public toilet.
Noted stops include the Cellar Door, a former underground toilet turned cabaret bar; the Knight’s Templar, which features one of the most lavish ladies’ rooms in London; and the Jubiloo, which was installed specifically for the Diamond Jubilee in 2012.
The regular tour is offered every Tuesday, and some Saturdays. The tour accommodates up to 13 people. You can also join a Friday Night Loos tour, part of a partnership with dating website Do Something, a monthly group dating experience which combines a pub-crawl with toilet trivia. Erikson also books private tours and special events.
