The 304 room Ritz-Carlton, Marina del Rey’s renovation has come to an end, revealing bright and fresh hotel rooms that boast stunning water or city views. Under the direction of design firm Parker-Torres Design Inc., sea elements have been incorporated into the guest rooms and Club Lounge as part of a seamless continuation of public spaces at the luxury waterfront hotel.

Drawing inspiration from a Southern California sunset, the hotel rooms feature warm hues of orange and gold, as well as crisp, clean blues to create a look that is “elegant but understated,” design owner Miriam Torres explains. Each room features custom-made artwork, as well as distinctive elements such as geode embellished
lamps, an ornate sea urchin headboard and textured window curtains adorned with weaving that resemble fishing nets.

Additional upgrades include a backlit mirror in each marble-finished bathroom, a comfortable task chair for each desk, 49″ flat panel televisions and Nespresso coffee machines. The Club Lounge, located on the 11th floor of the hotel, incorporates many of the same guest room finishes that encourages guests to unwind and enjoy the
coastal lifestyle.

“We are excited to showcase this new and improved guest room product that truly embraces Marina del Rey. The high-end finishes, combined with our recent technology upgrades, attract a wide range of cliental that set us apart from our competition,” states the hotel’s General Manager, Tony Mira.

Convenient and well located from LAX, Venice Beach, Santa Monica and Beverly Hills, The Ritz-Carlton, Marina del Rey offers a peaceful retreat that draws on the soothing elements of the surrounding ocean.
